"Warranty claim was easy, finally something that didn’t turn into a headache"
I had to file a warranty claim, and I was ready for the usual runaround because that stuff is always such a pain, always takes forever, always feels like nobody wants to help. But this time it actually got sorted quick, no big hassle or back-and-forth. I still hate having to deal with warranty claims in the first place, because it’s annoying, it’s inconvenient, and it’s just one more thing to deal with, but at least this one was handled smoothly...

My order went through without any issues, and the parts showed up fine, so that part was all good. The only thing that threw me off was the final charge being a couple dollars higher than I thought it would be because of the fees. It wasn’t a big enough difference to make a fuss over, but I was expecting the total to be clearer before I hit checkout

"Rude staff and careless with my order"
The staff wasn’t very helpful and made me feel like I was bothering them just by asking basic questions. Maybe I caught them on a bad day, but the whole experience felt uncomfortable. On top of that, they handled my order really carelessly, like they were rushing and didn’t care if things got messed up. It just made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be.

The parts did match what I ordered, so I can’t really complain there. Shipping took a little longer than I would’ve liked, but in the end everything showed up and was correct...

I ordered a part for my mower and it showed up really fast, just a few days later. The tracking was easy to follow and worked like it should. I’m taking off one star because the box was a little beat up when it arrived, but luckily the part itself was totally fine. Overall, I’m happy with how quickly it got here.

"Clear tracking and fair updates"
I ordered a mower part from jackssmallengines.com, and to be fair, the tracking was solid from start to finish. I got the usual order confirmation and shipping emails, and the tracking link actually worked without making me dig around for updates.
There was one day where it didn’t really move or show anything new, but that seemed more like a carrier delay than something the site did wrong. I don’t think it’s fair to blame them for every pause once the package is in transit.
Overall, I had a good idea of where my order was and when it would show up. It wasn’t flawless, but compared to some other parts sites I’ve used, this was definitely easier and less frustrating.

Really appreciate how easy the whole process was. I’m happy with the delivery and would definitely use them again...

I had an issue with my order and, something felt off at first because it seemed like I wasn’t really getting anywhere. After a few emails back and forth, they did eventually sort it out and make things right, which I do appreciate. It just wasn’t the quickest or easiest process. In the end, the outcome was fair enough, but I’d probably only order again hoping I don’t have to deal with support next time.

I ordered a couple of small engine parts, the prices felt high compared to some other places I looked at afterward. The shipping cost was literally more than I expected too, so by the time it all added up, it didn’t really feel like a great deal. The parts themselves were fine and I didn’t have any major issues with them, but for what I paid, I expected a better value. I probably should’ve shopped around a bit more first.

"Showed up in great shape"
Everything arrived looking really good. No dents, no bent corners, no scratched-up spots, nothing loose rattling around in the box, and no random damage like you sometimes see with shipped parts. Each piece was wrapped up nicely too, with plenty of packing around it, kind of like bubble wrap, padding, and protective covering where it actually mattered. Overall, it felt like they took care packing it, and I was happy when I opened everything up.

Ordered a part and emailed customer service with a shipping question. Took a few days to get a reply, which was annoying, and the answer was super short—not really helpful. Had to follow up and wait again. The part did show up, so no issue there, but support was weak. If you need quick help, don’t count on it...

"Support Was Disappointing"
I reached out to tech support hoping they could actually help, but they didn’t seem to know much beyond the basics. Compared to other companies I’ve dealt with, where support can usually walk you through a fix quickly, this felt like I was getting nowhere. It was frustrating because I expected more than just vague answers

I was able to find most of the small engine parts I was looking for, so that was nice. A couple things were out of stock, though, which meant I had to wait around and check a few other places too. The site was fine overall, I just wish the availability was updated a little faster. Not a bad experience, just not amazing either... it just felt...

I ordered a replacement part it felt cheap right out of the box. After just one mow, it broke. I also felt like I kept getting passed around when trying to get help, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. I won’t be ordering from here again

"Could use better details"
I’ll admit I kinda assumed at first that the part was right for my mower, but the description didn’t really give me enough to feel sure. It was basic and didn’t have the measurements or details I needed, so I ended up checking other sites to compare before ordering. The ordering part was fine, but the product info definitely could be clearer.

Ordered a couple parts for my mower and was a little worried I’d picked the wrong ones. But everything matched up perfect, it did, and went on without any messing around. Nice it is when the part numbers actually line up like they’re supposed to.

Just a heads up for anyone dealing with a refund here: mine did come through fine in the end, but I’d still recommend keeping track of it and checking your account so you know it’s actually been processed.
